1. Service Description

Kiit ("the Service") is a software platform designed to help agencies and content creators manage creator rosters, build media kits, and facilitate brand outreach. By using Kiit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscription fees and one-time purchases cannot be refunded after purchase, regardless of the reason.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. No Results Guarantee

Kiit makes no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or earnings. The platform is a tool to facilitate communication between agencies, creators, and brands. Results depend entirely on the quality of creator content, brand alignment, market conditions, and numerous other factors outside the control of Kiit.

Creator Responsibility: Success with Kiit depends on creators' ability to produce quality content, maintain professional communication, and deliver on brand agreements. Kiit does not guarantee brand partnerships, deal closures, or any specific outcome.

Brand Responsibility: Agencies and brands using Kiit are responsible for vetting creators and evaluating fit. Kiit does not guarantee creator performance or campaign success.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use Kiit only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and creators/brands
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity on the platform
  • Not violate the intellectual property rights of others
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or user data

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Kiit. By using the platform, you grant Kiit a license to display, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kiit is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Kiit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business interruption.

7. Termination

Kiit reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

Kiit may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
